How can I accept credit card transactions in foreign currencies?

Is there any way to accept credit card transactions in foreign currencies (such as GBP and EUR) through our website and have the funds converted to USD to be deposited into our account? I wanted to see if any real people had some advice before I contacted the company who handles our online transactions.

1. Yes. It is possible with certain processors. You will be charged a currency exchange fee or intl card fee somewhere around 0.3%. If they charge a higher fee than that, I would look elsewhere. The major ingredient here is wether or not your processor can handle surrency conversion. It will also take longer for international credit card sales to be funded into your account.
