sellers asking price is 300,000 how much do you think they would sell for?

We are metro Washington DC area (Germantown MD 20874) to be exact ... the seller is asking 300,000 what do you guys think would be the last price the sellers bargain these days from the asking price ... and in regards to that what should be my 1st offer. Thanks.

1. Check the area to see how many other homes are for sale in the same area. The more houses there are for sale, the better your chances are of the seller taking a bigger hit. Also gage your offer on recently sold houses in the area. How much were they asking and how much they sold for. A little bit of homework can pay you back big time.
